Returns Policy

EXCHANGING ITEMS
If you want articles replaced for a different size or colour, or you want a different item, you will need to fill in the Return Form with your exchange request within 7 days. Since quantities may be limited, you can expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise. Please email us on info@millionmama.co.za for a return form.

Items can go out of stock quickly. As a result, we may not be able to make requested exchanges. If this is the case, we will offer you a comparable article or refund your form of payment for the purchase amount.

If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Million Mama is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

If you return merchandise that does not meet conditions of our return policy, it will be sent back to you on your expense.

To return or exchange an order:

  • Complete the Return Form included with your item(s) and place it inside the box
  • Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
  • The Return Form contains the address to which the parcel needs to be returned at.
